There’s nothing worse than being out in public and desperate for the loo, and you cannot find a toilet nearby. It was already bad enough before coronavirus. After lockdown, and I talk from experience, having to look for a toilet when you are desperate to go, it is a mission impossible
Well, this is going to make our lives just a wee bit easier. Thanks to Lockdown Loos, we now have a database of all the public toilets open in the capital during the lockdown. A lifesaver for many through these difficult times, that’s for sure.
As of now, over 200 toilets are open for use throughout the capital, and users are encouraged to add any other toilets reopened to the database. Just head to the site and click “Submit a loo-cation”. See what they did there?
In time, with all new additions, any Londoner, wherever they might be, will be able to call upon the nearest toilet at a desperate time. Lockdown loos is the heroic tool we have always known we needed, and it will undoubtedly continue to be useful in the days ahead of the post-lockdown
To find a loo or add one to help others, get over to Lockdown Loos website right here.
